This is the top level page for the GICSI proposal. The proposal itself is broken into two sections since large mediawiki pages can cause problems with some browsers.
Any page can be edited by selecting the "edit" tag at the top of the page or the "[edit]" link to the right of a section heading. Look at the table of simple formatting rules. It's a good practice to select "Show Preview" and review your changes before selecting "Save Page".
